The teen space and programs are open to teens in 7th grade - 12th grade. While here you can attend a program, read books and magazines, play a game, get homework help or just hang out with your friends. This is your library, and we want you to enjoy your time while here. Let us know if you have any suggestions for the collection, programs or teen area! Come in and chat with the Young Adult Librarian Alyssa Bussard, or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The goal of the Teen Advisory Board is to provide real leadership experience to positive, responsible, and energetic students (grades 7-12.) One of our main goals of The Teen Advisory Board is to promote library services to teens at The Hamden Public Library. We wish to strengthen the Library’s ties to teens in the community by using their knowledge and creativity to create programs and further expand our collection. If you want to make a difference and offer your voice in the library and community, then TAB is for you! Meetings will be held every third Wednesday from 6-8pm.
