CIC Announces Small Business Loan Program
The Community Investment Corporation has announced a new loan program targeted for small businesses.
CIC received a nearly $3.5 million grant to provide loans to assist in the recovery of Connecticut businesses in Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield, and Hartford counties due to factors related to the economic impact of COVID19.
Funds are eligible for qualified existing and start up businesses including business purchases.

Time to Register for Connecticut Paid Leave Program
Now is the time to register your business for the CT Paid Leave Program (CTPL).
Employers who have one or more employees must participate in this program.
The funding to support the CTPL program will come in the form of employee payroll deductions beginning January 1, 2021.
Employers will be responsible for withholding and submitting the payroll deductions for each employee.
