Safe Driving and Car Maintenance (free online events)

Safe Driving and Car Maintenance are the topics of a series of free online programs sponsored by the Hamden Public Library in cooperation with AAA Northeast. The virtual programs will be offered on a weekly basis Tuesday mornings at 10 am to 11 am. 

July 21: Handling Driving Emergencies. Presented by John Paul, Senior Manager of Public Affairs and Traffic Safety, AAA Northeast.

July 28: Expect the Unexpected: What to Do After a Crash with Fran Mayko, Media Relations Manager, AAA Northeast.

August 4: Under the Hood 101: Basic Car Maintenance. Presented by Fran Mayko, Media Relations Manager, AAA Northeast.

August 11: The AAA 12-Plus Step Program to Better Driving with Fran Mayko, Media Relations Manager, AAA Northeast.

August 18: Getting Pulled Over. Presenter: Barbara Ward, AAA Traffic Safety Specialist.

September 9: The Older, Wiser Driver. Presented by John Paul, Senior Manager of  Public Affairs and Traffic Safety, AAA Northeast. Please note: this program will be offered on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 10 am.
